Weight Loss and Lifestyle Change Coaching

Do you struggle with an extra 50, 75 or 100+ pounds?

Do you go to bed each night vowing that tomorrow will be different and you'll stick to your diet?

Do you have a moment every day when you realize you’ve broken that vow again?

Do you know how you need to eat to lose weight, but just can’t to stick to your diet plan?

Do you make plans to exercise, but never find the time to start?

Do you want to lose weight more than anything else, but feel helpless to resist temptations?

I’ve been there, too.  I struggled with obesity for 30 years, but it doesn't have to be that way always.  I found my way out.  You can do it, too.  There is a path, a way out, for everyone.  The trick is finding it.

A light along the way makes the most difficult path easier to follow

So, now comes “The Answer”, right?  Sadly, that’s how most diet books, weight loss programs, websites and blogs are set up. They tell you how to do it, claiming they have “The Answer”.  One Size Fits All.  Anyone who has struggled with obesity knows the lie inherent in the concept of One Size Fits All.

I don’t believe in “The Answer”.  Almost any weight loss diet will work – if you can stick to it, if it’s the right one for you. It’s adherence, adaptability and accountability that are the keys to successful & lasting weight loss, far more so than the plan itself.

What I believe in, what I know works for everyone, is that you need to Find Your Own Weigh

You need to consider your lifestyle, your needs, your quirks, your family and all their quirks, too.  No diet plan can be successful if it ignores your food triggers, your physiology, your preferences and your dislikes.  And making the dramatic change from a life of obesity to a life of health and slimness means you need to know yourself, your mindset, your abilities, your strengths and weaknesses.

All of this needs to be part of the process to Find Your Own Weigh to a lighter life.

The heaviest burdens are made lighter when shared
